[Guide] Guide to the stock system
Part I: how to get shares in your alliance

You can get shares of your alliance by donating gold in alliance Tech tab.,you will see your own shares in "my shares". As you can see, mine is 8.
And you can check the stocks of members in Member tab.

Q: How do gold exchange to shares in alliance?
A: 1000 gold=1 share
Q: I have donated so much gold, but i get no shares, why?
A: Because there is a maximum on the number of shares in your alliance.
The Maximum = the number of alliance members * 100, for example, i got 32 members in my alliance, so the maximum = 32*100 =3200, the number won't be changed only if there are more members in your alliance.
When you donated, but got nothing, you should know they were sold out at some time. You can also add shares held by your alliance members up to check the maximum
Q: How do i increase the maximum of shares?
A: To invite more members or you can buy shares from the other alliance.

shares
what are the shares underlying use? can you take over an alliance if you buy a majority of its shares?

The Alliance Profit is the number of gold in the alliance tech and you get the bonus every 3 days not everyday. Bonus do not seem to stack up, on W1 my acc there has a 300k bonus sitting there and it hasnt been stacking up for weeks. Better double check. Other than that, good work.

is it possible to buy other alliances stock? i can entrust it to them but can i buy it? and if so....where would they be able to accept it at? i am working with an alliance leader to find out but when i try search his alliance click on it then put 5 shares for 2000 i can see it in my entrustment but he cant find anywhere to accept it
machomannia 11-3-2010 08:24 AM
he needs to be selling at the same price in order for the transaction to happen...there wont be any accept button to click it will happen automatically

ok he has 600 shares of blank alliance.( and im in another alliance and just a member ) in the stock tab i find the blank alliance and click on it. trading price is 1000, trade times is 0, ceiling price is 1000, and base price is 1000. i put 10 in the amount button and 10,000 in the price button and click buy. it goes into entrustment. i do not see it in the my shares page. is that all it does? is it because im just a member? is it possible to buy other alliance stock or entrustment means you bought it? does it show you did in "my shares" tab?. also i used to be in blank alliance and bought 399 shares from blank alliance ( but currently in another alliance and still have 399 shares of blank alliance ). when i click on blank alliance and put 1 in amount and 1100 in price and sell. i notice 1 share gets sold from my shares tab. my overall question is is possible to get more shares from OTHER aliances in which you can sell? entrustment seems to just be a safe holding place in which i can put any number in amount or price then recall the amount and get the exact same number even if the trading price of the alliance i entrusted to goes up. ps. i play on facebook not igg.com
machomannia 11-4-2010 03:34 AM
i dont know how fb works but this is how it works here (i assume that in this regard fb is the same)entrustment shows you want to buy or sell it and if you are buying that you have already set aside the money to buy it. to complete a stock transaction you need to have in your entrustment stock X with price Y to buy and someone else (it doesnt matter who) must have in their entrust ment the same stock X selling at the same price Y.
ps a stock cant be sold for more than +/- 10% of its current price
MikeKra 11-4-2010 03:52 AM
oh wow thank you for clearing that up :) that was exactley what i needed to know :) the whole..to complete a stock transaction you need to have in your entrustment stock X with price Y to buy and someone else (it doesnt matter who) must have in their entrust ment the same stock X selling at the same price Y.
