Working Out the Credit Kinks

We are sorry for the problems with credits after out latest server merger. We work hard to try and anticipate every potential problem, but sometimes we just miss some. This was one of those times, but no worries, we will have the situation resolved soon. If you were one of the players affected, please contact us ASAP and let us know of any problems with your credits.

June 8th to June 23 will be the time players have to determine there is a problem with their credits and come to us to resolve it. Any players coming to us after June 23th will not receive help. So please don't wait, contact us today.

If you find your credits are not right, please [u]reply [color=purple]directly to this thread[/color] with your [b][size=4]account name[/size][/b] and in [b][size=4]which forums[/size][/b] you had credits[/u]. We will check your information and supplement the corresponding credits.
Please inform friends and other players so no one misses out.

[color=red]Supplement Rules
[/color]1. Credits (not the total credits calculated using the formula) of the same type will be added up to form a single new type of credit.
     [Karma, Money(LO)]----->Karma
     [Favor] --------------------->Favor
     [Experience(DO), Forum experience(ZU), Money(2029)]----> Post EXP

[i]    Example
    Player A has 10, 20 and 30 Karma in forums X, Y and Z. After this, his new Karma will be the total Karma from the three forums: 10+20+30=60 Karma.

2. If your credits total is less than it was before the merger (missing credits), we will compensate you with an amount of[b] Post Exp[/b] equal to your previous highest total.
    [i]Example
    Player A’s total credits in forum X, Y and Z are 1000 credits, 800 credits, and 500 credits. Based on this, we would award 1000 Post EXP into Player A's new credits[/i].


Our officials will sort out all reports received before[u] 5:30am (GMT-4)[/u] each day. Players who submit their problem before that time will be able to check their corrected credits after [u]11:00pm (GMT-4).[/u] If you find your credits are still wrong, please contact our Admins immediately for assistance.

[b]To sort out players' information quickly, any replies that are not related to this event will be deleted.[/b]

Frankly I am very active forum member here, I've been an IGG forum member since 2009 and a mod for more than a year. I don't know how much I lost. You should know Eva I always get high salary as a mod every pay out for being active

And oh, I also want my badges back, I earned it.

I don't remember how many things I had...

Can't remember how many of each I had, you should still have a backup of all the data of each account and be able to restore the data be it via a system or done manually by IGG staff.

If the money was supposed to become a karma, then look at mine, my favor is higher than my karma. I have more than 2800+ Money back in the old LO Forum. I should say that my karma should be 2800+ and my favor is lesser.

Edit: I'm not quite sure if how many karma & favor I should have now since I don't remember the exact amount I have before forum merge.

You needn't remember how many credtis you have, just claim it and we'll add the correct credtis to you. We have the record.
Why we do this event is  because it's unable to add automatically.  /yct03
We must add them one by one manually .

If you have all the details then shouldn't you just restore everybody's account to how it was before the forum merge?

We have the record, if you said you lost 10,000 credits, but in fact you only lost 10 credtis, then you'll get your 10 back,  not the number you told us.[/color] /yct59

Player who submitted your forum and account will recieve your original credtis soon,  the others won't recieved it until you submit enough information.

Then shouldn't you restore everybody's data to how it was before the forum, not just people who see this thread? A lot of people don't even want to use the forum because of the way they have been treated and they shouldn't have to make a post just to get the statistics back. The forum Administrators should be restoring every single forum members data, not just the few who know what is even happening and as you see almost everybody who has replied to this topic is a forum Moderator of some sort.
