Why i cannot enter server phoenix while i can enter server dragon, whats is the problem on this.. please help me /yct17

I have same problem with other one of my accounts, i currently have IGG looking into it but friend of mine said that it means your account is banned on that server

may be ur account is registered with dragon, u need a separate account for phoenix.

U mean u can't login into da server after u selected da server? If u can enter any1 of da servers means,u can login the other1 but u need to create a new char n start lvlin frm lvl 1.

i have the same prob some times, it wont let me connect to the server. i just have to keep trying and trying and trying until it finally lets me in not a big deal to me /yct26
