Probationary Moderator Recruitment

In order to maintain a more harmonious forum for our players, we are currently recruiting several Mods.If anyone is interested in becoming our Mods, then they should read the following requirements and rights to gain a clearer understanding of the overall scope of the position.

1.  Already a forum member.
2.  Have posted a lot of posts (no spams).
3.  Often helping other players to solve problems.
4.  Familiar with the game, and enjoy  MWII Online.

[color=green]Obligations:[/color]
1.  Reply to players`posts with your game experience once you know.
2.  Maintain a harmonious forum.
3.  Encourage more players to join our events and promote the games popularity.
4.  Communicate with forum members frequently and maintain a good relationship between you and excellent members.

[b]Notes: If you break the rules, your qualifications will be revoked.

1. Continue to abuse other players after being given a warning
2. Haven`t logged into the forum or posted for more than 1 week.
3. After being given a warning, you continue to take revenge on other players when they complain or otherwise abuse your position and powers.
4. Please remember the obligations and rights are not limited to the ones above as there are more obligations for probationary Mods that will be introduced once they`re selected.

I will remove posts of/ban any person if he or she breaks the rules. people know me in-game and how i try to fight scammers.

Always be friendly to people, no matter what happens.

No but in-game i am an unofficial sentinel, to reduce the amount of scams.

In-game for 50-80 hours and i can spend the same amount of time on the forum.

Dutch, German, English, bits of Spanish and French.

Yes, why the forum admins cannot talk with the web content development team of forum directly and need the power to host more forum events.

Your age and job: 19 and no job but have income with own business regarding buy and sell. And I am still studying at college level with experiences regarding with my course Political Science.

1.  Why do you want to manage this forum?
Ans: I want to manage this forum because this forum needs help. I want to help this forum to be organized and systematically be correct in any way.

2.  How will you use your rights properly?
Ans: I will do my best to keep the forum stabilized by deleting/editing/locking posts which are beyond the agreement of the IGG forum. I will also warn forum members if they broke a rule with their post.

3.  What`s your specific plan for this forum guide and game guide?
Ans: There are loads of game guides in game, amateur or professional. My plan is to amend or revise them in order to make things more easy and specific for the readers to understand the guides and such.

4.  Any advice for the forum you want to manage?
Ans: If possible, this forum should have a chat system through online forum members so in that way, without logging in game or during maintenance which forum events occur, we could interact with one another and have a fun and united communication. Of course, certain rules are to be applied in this "chat box" and such and there should also be a moderator in this part so that they can remove or ban someone that will break a rule.

5.  Have you ever been a mod or in a similar position?
Ans: Yes, i have been a mod in different forum sites. I was a former Moderator with our High School Forum - trusted by our school head. I was removed as Moderator after I graduated from High School. I was also a former Moderator with our current College Forum but i decided to voluntarily quit so that my friends from the same College can grab the opportunity of being a Forum Moderator in our College.

Ans: Hi, My name is Dominic. A lot of people don't know me yet in Mythwar 2, and I'll do my best to do my duty if I'll become a Mod in this Forum. A lot of people knew me in Mythwar 1 but most quitted,

Ans: I'm most fluent in Tagalog(Philippine language), I'm familiar with Spanish, Cebuano and a little bit Chinese(because I'm my grandparents are Chinese by the way)

Out of everybody who applied there are 2 people with a post count of over 100, and those 2 still don't reach 200 post count :lol

We need some mods that 90% suport IGG and never post anything against IGG in the public forums.
