To change to f cent
1. Go to folder and delete NPC 004 (a and b)
2. Copy and paste in same folder NPC 286 (a and )
3. Rename the copied files to 004 (a and b)

this only would affect non reborn... I assume is another file for first reborn and second... shame only the person who do the change can see it :(...
can you imagine a party of full non reborn all transformed to MW1 form... doing reborn fight in MW II /yct18 people will be like WHAT /yct14

People have been doing this since the game was released, even in MW1 they were doing it already lol

Well I never played on Dragon... I play MWII Since Oct 2008 and never hear about this, this is why I think is very cool (Never played MW 1).
I never hear about it on Phoenix either and there is no screenshots on MW II website...
Do you know how ti change all other classes? I would really like to have screenshot of all in "old" style...

How to do with with reborn characters? is it possible? changing non reborn to reborn?

people been doing this since mw2 was release, changing the broken 1st rb mhum with the fixed mw2 version one for example.
There is still a mw1 client on softonic to get the non-rb mw1 cents but there is files already in mw2 for mcent.
