so... bamajoe have join europe took all the instant cms and leave we have pult the acc that hold the cms and today i speaked with him and tell me that the acc bamajoe have no one from them there if u hold a cm in a building and u pult it to 0 cms is desapeared or somthing?all eu have no cms and is really hard to play anymore maybe with some maintenace releace them somhow i think is a bug...plz answer thnx

There is a mini guide for you.
After you click "Reply", please scroll down the window and find the "Uploading New Attachments" option as the picture shows. Then click "Browse" to choose the picture you want to upload.

i hope i did it right in first image is how our cms is now[local]1[/local] and in the other one is from skype bamajoe talks to me about cms[local]2[/local]
