How to upgrade equipments EFFECTIVELY in Godswar?

I know that upgrading equipments can be done by forging (D button), but it seems that I don't know how to effectively upgrade a weapon/armor. I saw a lot of players with glowing and have equipments that have epic/delicate/good rank. I don't know anything about that though/yct23  and i also saw some of them with attack power of 1000+ and i dont.. I'm level 60 of that moment and it seems that I used my gems incorrectly, which made me delete my character and create again/yct39  hehehe, I know it's a waste, but can anyone help me how to become stronger. Spoonfeed me if you please, I don't mind /yct05  I want to know how to upgrade my weapons/armor effectively. Thanks /yct72

btw, since i created a character again, I haven't used ANY gem or Talent points, so please guide me on where and how to use them. tell me also where to allocate my TPs. Thanks a bunch. Please I really need your help. /yct35[font=Arial][/font]

physical attack 506(+101)
AND there is the red button that show Disable opponent physical & Additional physical damage

MAX Hp Bonus 12401(+2109)
the equipment effectiveness = 17%
AND there is the blue oval shape that show reduce magic damage taken & reduce physical damage taken

AND MY QUESTION IS :

1 . How do they can increse the equipment effectiveness 20% in picture 1 and equipment effectiveness 17% in picture ???? ( I ASK THIS QUESTION BECAUSE ALL OF MY EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS IS 0% )

2 . How they can make the bracket beside the physical attack 506(+101) in image 1 and the MAX hp bonus 12401(+2109) ( I ASK THIS QUESTION BECAUSE IN MY EQUIPMENT , THERE IS NO SUCH THAT BRACKET etc : my equipment is like this Max Hp bonus 3208 and physical attack 208 << ---- no bracket such like in picture 1 (+101) and in picture 2 (+2109)

3 . How to add red button in equipment such like in picture 1 ( Disable opponent physical and defense and Additional physical damage ) ????? (I ASK THIS QUESTION BECAUSE IN MY EQUIPMENT , there IS NO SUCH LIKE THAT RED BUTTON ))

4 . How to add the blue oval shape in equipment such like in picture 2 ( Reduce magic damage taken and Reduce physical damage taken ) ???? ( I ASK THIS QUESTION BECAUSE IN MY EQUIPMENT , there IS NO SUCH LIKE THAT BLUE OVAL SHAPED ))
