Bug surprise muted bug new to me
Hi guys what do you guys know about a unmute bug? I was muted well over 2 weeks ago I have contacted service center 5 times each time just to get the exact same message. When I try to talk it tells me to find the UNMUTE npc to unmute, I goto the npc and try to give the 2m gold needed it tells me that when my time is up to revisit and pay my penalty. What do I do to get some help, btw nix server if it matters.

try switching lines/just talking to him should give u the option to pay the penalty.

Nope tried s1 s2 and s3 tried clicking on him tried just giving the gold nothing same response over and over

Sorry about that, KingN8R.
We've tried to unmute you yesterday, please log in the game and to try it again.
If you are still muted then, please send a message to our Service Center during 9:00pm- 6:00am EDT(GMT-4) from Sunday to Thursday, and keep your character online during that time too (no matter you are sitting by the computer or not, but keep your character online), we'll try dealing with it again.

Wow I never would have guessed the forums would be more help than the service center, unfortunately I cannot leave my account logged online I work nights and stay at a motel, hopefully I can get logged on my computer at home and it not dc but Ty for tryin to help with this issue

If you have any questions, most of the times, players end up giving suggestions/perfect answers to solve things. If that doesn't help and eva will notice/be notified, she can take it to the service centre, bigger chance IGG will move their lazy butts if she does it than when you do it.
