I am going to write a Guide soon but before that i need to clarify a few points :
1. If i add 3 dodge diamonds to a holy boot, can i enchant it afterwards to add more benefits?
2. Is there a Necklace of Demon 3 available in game? If yes then what quest or event will allow me to get that?
3. Holy weapon adds stats, have you seen resistances in holy weapons too?
4. Does Holies and AoDs are found in gold boxes and gods chests?

Q1: yes but is better if you added hp or mp ess first then the gem because if you roll a holy boot with 3x dodge gem, 2x dodge gems will get erased.
Note: you cannot add agi ess with gem, although never tried str ess since I had no use in strength chars xD

Maybe I have a rolled shoe somewhere with gem and rolled stats or someone could show you a screenshot :P

Q2: Yes Neck of Dream +3 is in game but only know of transfers from mythwar 1...

Q3: no, holy weapons does not give "skill resistances". Weapons gives attributes and potential purposes such as neglect, combo,zerk,crit, and pierce.

Q4:Holies is obtainable from gold boxes but very small chance(much lower than mauve necklaces) and I never seen AoD's from god chests(ones you claim from mall promoter) but only from an old event.

STR essence on boot increases Attack value. I used it in normal boot (boot level was 5) for Male Mage and added 3 dodge diamonds too. So, it works!

My basic idea behind boot is holy boot level 3 will have 15 dodge + 3 * dodge diamonds level 11 = 48 dodge + in neck 3 dodge level 11 diamonds = 81 dodge + character has 15 dodge = 96 dodge [dodge cap=95] + guild dodge res / ssp dodge res = 100 dodge.

System sometimes notifies Holies from God Chests thats why i asked the question. Two ways to get gold boxes in game : from robber points and from the fellow selling boxes in maps...AoD from gold boxes never seen thats why i asked from you guys..

Neck of Dream level 2 is easily available from the neck seller in Blython, if there is a level 3 i will try to find from chips else no need to waste time for it.

nope, Neck of Dream level 3 is not obtainable from chips; chips gives same stuff as mythwar 1 did, neck of tiger +2 and neck of dream +2, not sure for neck of spirit+2..

essence on holies is actually a bug(cause guess what? because you have to use an mall item called an,"Stone of Rainbow", to exploit it; not being rude but saying a point.), a really good one and it doesn't work in different manner since your trying to exploit it to get more resists,dodge or speed... for example, I could not add a speed gem(or even a dodge gem if I wanted) after adding speed essence (+40 spd) or that shoe would be faster than an elvens+4. You can with a Stamina and Intelligence essence though but maybe someone who did one with Strength essence would know who rolled an holy shoe with carnelians with strength essence + gem.

This was back when I was noob, when I wanted gem + ess but it wouldnt work cause I added a speed gem first! which is true for all blank shoes(essence + gem does not work for holy armor and helm; you can only choose one.) unless you add essence first then gem and find out if it really works then roll the shoe with carnelians but once is rolled you will have to re-blank it with a Stone of Rainbow if you want to add a new gem or essence.
Note: speed essence does not work with any gem, this is true and since I was giving this as an example for showing I was noob once.

This shoe is with sta essence and speed gem.

cap for dodge is 90 in mythwar II, there is no dodge res from statue so therefore you can only get 100-105 dodge from ssp with dodge aod and way your trying to do max possible is 77 dodge(15% dodge+13% dodge+10% natural with +39 dodge neck;note: 15% dodge only stays if you don't add a essence to the holy shoe, same factor to holy armor and helm)since your looking for resists, which is plenty to avoid 100 hit rate in bug wars 3/4's the time( you can live with 67 dodge :P )...
