Re-rolling and name re-use

So it looks as if either a US or International English server opened on FaceBook as well now - not just the PH one:

I had a question if anybody is familiar with deleting and re-making characters.  So the skin color and stuff looked quite different once in game than it did when creating my character and there was some things I couldn't see good (like my face) that I could see good once in game and looking closer.  There were a few things I absolutely wanted to change about how my character looked after that.

I did a test deletion first tho of a throw away character just to see what would happen - and it doesn't let me re-use the same name after deleting the character.  I wondered if this was a timed thing, where after a certain amount of time you could use the name again, or is it one of these games that once you use a name one time you can not re-roll at all and use the same name again, if you delete the character the name is forever locked?

I know it's at least locked for a while from my test, but I wondered if it ever opened up for use again after time went by?

Hi,  chibimewmew, as the game setting that once you use a name one time you can not re-roll at all and use the same name again.
