Improve gaming experience or ban KUSHAN's ip?

Well after a long talk with Cindy on [url=http://livechat.igg.com/livesupport.php?gid=2][color=Red]live support[/color][/url] she advised me to make a poll on whether their technicians should ban KUSHAN or fix game bugs first. We all know the poll results will be immaterial but just for kicks vote on whether you want no bugs or no KUSHAN(two unachievable goals). On Cindy's advice, vote on what you think should be the GM's priority..

i went for the second option cuz banning an ip dosent mean u can stop him from playing, i think IGG's top priority should be fixing the game up and putting up system messages in game warning people about hackers/scamers, i feel most of the people that get hacked are themselves to blame and keeping them cautioned and enlightening them up about consequences of accepting these supposed gold hacks/bots will reduce the number of hacking incidents drastically

yes i need agree with 2nd option to fix game bugs a lot more because thats a lot more useful, and to fix kushan problem, igg could just post system msg tellin ppl to block/ignore kushan and the chars he has hacked

I didnt vote - why? Kushan ban (on char and ip) will take 10 min of GM time. And as we all know they need month to fix dialoge bugs so its not big time waste. Cindy only hide behind fixing bugs - to hide fact they dont do damn thing.

2.) GM's cant do ****
3.) dev fixes bugs so IGG only need to pass them to the dev
4.) everyone who gets tricked by kushan should blame him/herself? well, you and you and you, oh and you too get tricked by ur govnerment every single day..........and u can only blame urself?

ofcourse he uses proxy,but if we have competent evidence(no only dialog),we will ban his Senior account.

Who the hell is KUSHAN anyway? I know he's a hacker and a scammer who i've cussed out in mail b/c I don't like hackers at all. But is he some annoying, spoiled, bratty, ego-driven 14-year-old who has gotten his little evil hands on technology?/yct14

jalous on everyone and everything he doesnt have.. doesnt play the game.. he just mail ppl all day long to get their account detailes.. ones in a while PK's some ppl with his hacked HD.. his english is crap, probably from romania or brazil (no offence).. he's like 16 and found a way to make keyloggers via google.. low amount of braincells though, seriously

well it aint that hard to get ur hands on keyloggers and such...but also their has been more then enough evidence which me and x3r and deciede and some others hve collected to get this guys ip ban, igg just don't care...and heres a good example of how much igg cares about stuff...
if i remember correctly in mw1 some person had hacked igg andw as going around using the g.m chars and bunch of stuff, took igg like week to just figure this out, and wat they do with the guy, nothing, not even a ban for hacking IGG, so don't count on them banning a player that hacks other peoples accounts

It's rather stupid people giving him their goods, either by dumbness or greediness - anyway, that's their free will.

i know for a fact that GMs can check what items/pets/gold has been moved from 1 char to another, with the dialog, i am sure they should be able to put 2 and 2 together and for once make 4......

no didn't u know  2 + 2  has 2 outcomes, outcome 1. 2 + 2 = IGG /f00   outcome 2. 2 + 2 = Player /f04

wasn't a joke, thats what it is atually like, atleast in my 4years of exp playin with igg, oh and this could be taken as a math joke but to get it i would hve prolly had to hve done full formula and i don't wanna do it
