incompetent mods of FO forums
they are not doing they're job well, rampant double posting and posting similar topics in different sections, and they do not hesitate to ban those people.

Mods can't ban anyone, but admins can. I'm certain that they don't just ban members for no reason. For breaking rules, you'll need to talk to an admin about that issue so they can talk to the mods in question.

i already saw 3 similar posts, 1 in different language but similar topic. and surprisingly, even the mods attend the those threads.

Just use the report button for those cases. There are mods who just let those things go. If nothing is done, just contact the admin and explain your case.

they are allow to post some thread but in different language in order to understand by other members that are very hard to understand the universal language which is english...
about banning a member.
mods have a rule, first is advice to avoid whats wrong he/she did.
and so on..
if you have more questions. just do what dots said..contact the admin
