Thanks lessl :) just checked this char and point are in. I think it was majorly cause I spent about an 1.5 hours with a support staff going over confirmation about how I own the acct. Had to give her a lot of proof that I own the account in question. SS of the stats pages, SS of the log in screen, provide a vid of me logging onto it, giving registered email address, replying to a message to that email address, current IP and registered IP address that the account was registered/currently playing with, and even the screens of the pay page so they knew I wasn't cheating them into more points.
