What is happening in FO?

hi,

since 2 days strange things are happening in FO and nobody is giving any information. Many players have contacted Live support, but till now nobody get a suitable answer.

Everybody who logs in can first not see his cities. Instead there is seen a black screen. Afterwards in clicking on world map and on any place there, the city screen opens. This time the skill upgrades cannot be done. Scouting cannot be done and so on and so on?

At least yesterday to some of the players who asked the support it was answered that today all problems would be solved. But they aren't till now?

Would you please answer us or at least write about it in the announcements?
