Survey on Service.igg.com
Believed that some of you may have used [url]http://service.igg.com[/url] or LiveSupport in assisting your problems..
How do you rate their service and do share your comments (if any):

[size=2]NOTES: Livesupport is not available on the game i played.
My personal experience / comments on service.igg.com:
- 1-way communication and sometimes GM ask you a question back which you have to repost as another "new" question
- Slow in response due [color=Red]event claim failures [/color]and many players submitted questions where problem left unclosed due to claim period is over
- Their solution/replies are not valid...
On the invalid solution they gave, [color=Blue]what exactly happen was...
i was clearing for a quest with a party and the party "kill-steal" the boss i m killing, she got the "last hit".
She cleared her quest that leads her to the next quest. However, i am not given the quest. [/color]

This is a new quest introduced after the patch..
In the latest patch where new area map with new quests and mobs (220+) was introduced, a handful of the players have "OVER" leveled to max level (265)
So,..is the GM's reply implying that [color=Red]"old" players should just quit since they cant accept new quest?[/color]
Or GM are trying to [color=Red]"close" the matter by sweeping it under the carpet?[/color][/size]

wow what game do you play lv 200+
on zlo the highest level u can get is lv 199 reborn

if i aint wrong, max cap on game is 270 or 280...
but it takes forever to lvl up now after the patch and looking at the reply of lvl gap with quest....
perhaps,..it's about the end...

Well when i last time was talking wit live support i felt like talking wit robot. Almost all answers seemed to be automatized.
Maybe they there have some kind of list with sentences what they can select so you don't actually have to click buttons.... or maybe it was not a real human but only a computer program... i don't know... /yct57

In case anyone from IGG reads, support for the Aurora Blade game is non-existant. Any question or report of a bug or glitch is responded to by service with the same answer - restart your pc to clear cookies.
Right now, AB is not playable as the servers have a 10 second lag - but service has not even looked into it, let alone scheduled a maintenance fix. Instead, although this is affecting every player worldwide, service says it is a local ISP issue.
IGG service is the worst I have seen amongst many games on line
