I can't find my item in my bag...help

So I left my characters on auto for several hours and when I got back home I saw that I had a blue drop recently and I had a full inventory also. So I threw out the stuff I didn't want and i clicked on sort to check if the item was in there, which it wasn't. Did that item just automatically get deleted or what? I really kind of wanted that drop and it's no where to be found in my characters bags... Can anyone tell me what I can do? Or do I just have to face it and deal with it that the item is no longer in my inventory..

Unfortunately if your inventory is full and you got a drop whether it is blue or not, it will be dropped on the ground, and anyone could just pick it up.

But.. Right when I got home it dropped right when I got to the computer and I didn't see any drops on the ground. :/ But oh well I guess it's kinda my fault lol I should just check back every now and then when autoing next time x.x But thanks for answering back Blade.

Not all stuff will be dropped to the ground. many stuff just disappears when u have a full inventory...

ok here it is

SOLO people on auto will drop items to the ground if the bags are full
TEAMS on auto with full bags will not drop items on the ground. The stuff just disappears.

Sometimes ur able to clear ur bag a bit and hit sort and items will come back but this only seems to work on like 5 items. So, if u had more than that before the blue drop then ur unable to get the item back.

The only ways to avoid this are buy a bigger bag from the item mall with ab points OR watch ur teams more carefully.

Sorry this happened to u but its actually quite common
