LAG

I have already reported this to the Service Center, but in case someone else, like Ceci
reads these pages in Forum:

The LAG has grown to new and higher delays than ever. It can take 5 or 10 seconds between mouse clicks for a respnse from AB. It is now impossible, at least for me, to do anything
in this game.

I cannot even sit in Church, as the lag will stretch too long and I will get logged out of AB.

Come to think of it, when did we have any maintenance on the servers last? MONTHS ago for sure. Probably all that is needed is to reset the servers, a simple solution.

Just another sign of the lack of attention from IGG.

FIX THE LAG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And Leave It On!

Ceci - Thanks for having the techies try and fix the lag with the overnight maintenance. But, I do have to say that they did not fix the problem.

The lag is just as bad as yesterday, if not worse. Impossible to move from tile to tile without a 5-10 second delay. Can't do anything in the game.

Please tell them to try again.

And Leave It On!

Yep, it's a good 10 second delay and the game is unplayable.

Here is what the morons at IGG sent me as a reply to my lag service issue:

Regarding your issue, usually there are several factors which will cause the lag problem: 1. your PC doesn't meet the system requirement of the game.Sometimes recommended system listed on the official site is better. 2. your local network is not in good condition 3. the connection between your country and our server (in the U.S.) is not sound. solution 1: upgrade your PC. solution 2: contact your local Internet Service Provider for professional suggestion. Thanks for your great support, enjoy your time.

In other words, they are NOT fixing this, just like they do not care to fix the Gateway issue. They have not even looked into the problem, and as usual, blame the players when clearly this is affecting everyone.

Please flood the service center with requests and maybe after 50 or 100 (are there that many of us left) maybe they will do the maintenance they are supposed to.

Ceci, this really is a joke, but if not fixed soon, will be the last for many of us and then it will really be a ghost game.

Yeah. Its a copy paste. I also received that exact reply from sending a prob to support.

I just thought they hire clowns or starfishes that work as support gm. roflmao

Still not resolution to the LAG. I think it is getting worse, and given that less players are online, it just shows you how messed up the servers are.

I also think IGG does not have clowns at work,as they might fix something once in a while. Starfishes, though, makes sense, as they are slimy and probably do not need much care and feeding.

FIX THE LAG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when AB or IGG not fix this lagg in a short time..iam sure...so much player wont want too play this game again...iam not joking...
this is serious...
now...so much ppl not showed in game i mean not online for couple days...

Now, we all know the Lag is worse than ever, now running over 8 seconds per click. We know they have not fixed anything, as there has not been any maintenance done, and the one on Dec 19 was not conducted either.

I will try once more, but it does seem like we are doomed to have to quit AB and move on in life....
