then u build the building with craftsmen on it

and then dissmiss them

please do not hog craftsmen

I do exactly as above and my troop build speed does not increase!! What am I doing wrong?

If you hire the craftsman before starting the training line it does. Look at timer when you click the troops then look and see actual time it is taking. You will see a difference or just calculate or only train 1 troop to see the difference.

hahaha this is simple yet some players do not seemto grasp it.

perhaps this is because they are not properly educated on the subject. i personally when i started did not believe it because of bigger players being bullies. why would u believe b ullies? this is not iggs fault it is the players who abuse thier 'power'. i play on w17 and im not saying all are like this akdubs is ranked 1 for pop and is friendly as anyone.

just something to consider...

Craftsmen

Everyone tells me that Craftsmen work on troop building and Acadamy Tech. They only seem to work on building for me. Am I missing something?

Yes, you need more civilization to get the full benefit of 100% CMs. I suggest using Shadows to take your second castle rather than building it yourself. An older castle will give you more civilization since it builds up over time.
