Hide players button problem

hello guys i can't use that button i dont know why please help me is there any way to fix that situation ? and also im using XP

press "esc" ingame and check the settings, there are different ways you can hide players.

well can give any hint about it? because i'm not able to hide players too.Some SS of setting that can help will be great .Happy Holidays
