I have a problem

Hello i have a problem with one hero in Tales of Fantasy.I can not receive messages in mail box.when i try to sent to this hero,game say to me"you cant sent a message because a targets mailbox is full byt....she is empty in realy.Can fixes the problem?Thenks.The name of my hero is XePa

cant submit quest

i got quest to kill apu"s servant   and i done when i bak to npc hermit karston i cant submit there writen error reading attribute plz help
