Not every years are the same. Rules changes, there is no saying that both winner( person who submit the entry) and their soulmate will get the orange or dragon. Only one person get the dragon. Unlike other years, this year we giving away in game items, not just the title.

Also there been copyright issue, I might have a talk with the winners. The content may against the rules, but it just a warning in next few events. We be more careful and clearly state

and no rule says that only ONE person get the prize. making clear rules would help and the 1st prize is still missing.

maybe we can get the heart title for both chars and not only one?

Rules can always be interpreted differently by different people.

Clearly the first place winner is entitled to the Dragon. I can see how it can be interpreted that the Dragon would be for both lovers (thus 2 Dragons) and how it could be read that it should be just one Dragon for the winner. Same with the second and third place prizes which could be one or two.

The heart titles were added after the rules were published and are just a kind reward but certainly not the prize.

For what it is worth, my opinion is that we should compromise if two prizes were not the intent, and should award the alt lover a lesser prize as compensation. All winners would get a second prize, perhaps AB points or PD's, for instance.

I'll would let Tsu choose what the second, lesser prize should be.

Remember, all is fair in Love and War, but it never hurts to be nice to all you meet.

8. IGG reserves all the copyrights to the screenshots submitted and all rights for the final judgment of the event.

Apparently, some people "copyrights" or plagerize their words from other resources rather than their own. I got proofs so if anyone keep denying. You may or may not lose your place and prize. Rule 3: state YOUR story or the sweet words you want to say to your loved one.

Rule 8:IGG reserves all rights for the final judgement of the event. I am a forum mod and admin did entrust me with the event, so yes I do have rights to change the rules before the event. Also I told the admin before I post the event to check it.

If anyone keep denying, I will show proof and you may be in trouble for plagerize or copyrights.

Am trying to get everyone their prize but only one prize per entry. You asking for two dragons which is greedy. I am also trying to get heart title for everyone like last year. Since this year we offer items, we can't do one for each. Last years was generous to our players giving titles for both, I was there on first Valentine event.

Second unless you have absolute proof that the poem is 100% yours, then it still copyrights. I never say you disqualify, I just say you should only get one dragon not two. I also google and yahoo and other engines, some statements in poem goes back to 2010. That two years ago, not last year 2011.

As I say everyone should get their rewards just not double rewards.
You may call legal authorities but what it worth and you may lose your case with the evidences I have. Is it really worth it?

Oya P.S. I was on your side appreciating your work in selecting the winner. Don't say I always against you. Your not a moderator you don't know what goes on. So don't accuse people, whose trying to help you out here.

only some of the winners got the title
the winners were  IcicleDream and Hope_Estheim in 1st place
Serah_Farron and Kissies in 2nd place.
It's a couple's event , meaning the COUPLE wins.
Hope and Kissies have not gotten their title's or items.
Every year in the past this event has given the rewards to BOTH members of the couple. Cuz u know, a couple is 2 people

IF it was gonna be different, it should have said ONLY one person in each couple would win.
Instead it says , please include's your beloved's name also. 4. Remember to submit your account, character name, server and the name of your beloved.  This implies they win also.
