After you add the gem of quickness to your fashion, does the gem disappear? I added a gem of quickness III to my waist decoration and the system message said that it was added but the gem was still in my bag. I just need to know if it is actually working or if this is a BUG. When you mean yellow mobs, do you mean yellow names above their heads or something else?
