[others] before i permanently quit playing AB

Hi,

Few days ago my main char "aesage" and all my alts were suddenly sent to prison in Mondo Weirdo.I check the reason in the npc but it only says null and i have like couple of months and years to stay in prison. What i do is, I properly reported to service center with print screen about what happen to all my chars. And now they answer.

Their answer > my account is permanently ban, because they said after investigating "your account has been found exploiting the 3rd part program to obtain game items without limit"..

My answer > Hi,

Its about the thing you told me the "3rd part program to obtain game items without limit" that you said i exploited and with investigation. It is my right and privileged to tell you that i have not violated any 3rd part program and obtain game items without limit...

You have not done any real investigations, you don't know what you are saying, you don't know anything about the AB game, and your judgment is just for you to have something to say in response.

I will write emails and ask help to my longtime player friends. You need to think and prepare your good reasons because in the end my account will be not be ban because you have made a lie, unfair judgement, no real investigation, you take sides, and you harass me with your flimsy not true reason...

I know this is just a game, but before i permanently quit i just want to inform you that your reason of permanently ban my account is is a result of baseless and non made investigation. in short words you are just making up those things. You dont even show me the investigation that you have made. You are a lier and a cheater.
First of all i dont even know the 3rd part program you are talking about. second if i do, i have not gain or get any items in any limit.
Again i will say this to you whoever you are, your a lier, cheater, unfair, and you harassed me with your story because i have not done anything wrong.

You should be the one we look up and received from you fair judgement but i am disappointed.

I hope no other players will be bullied and be harass like this because this is just a game. And i hope AB GM will not take sides to other players whispers and accusations. AB GM should be honest and true.

someone told me that 3rd part program is a Hack program...

now im really angry. I dont use any 3rd part program or hack program to have many game items!!!

i have never use any 3rd part program in AB...

now i can say to you who ever answer me in service center, You are really a lier, cheater, unfair, harasser, bully all that names suit you because i have never use any cheats in playing AB. You are responsible to your words that you replied to me.

I would like to say that this is very troubling, and I hope that aesage can get this straightened out...along with any other player that may be affected by this situation.  We have been through many situations throughout the existence of this game, but this sounds like a bad way of permanently removing a player for no wrong doing.  

There are many ways to improve a characters/teams drop rates, if you use your brain and are a decent gamer.  I surely hope they aren't basing it off of a players drop rate...

Aesage was an OM for a long time, surely hwe would be the one to know not to use 3rd party software.

It says right there they investigated the matter and the account.
IGG is rather famous for not doing anything and its well known that when they finally Do, they have reason.

Personal observation:  all these characters go to jail and can't auto anymore, the game starts running smoothly again.
yeah could be coincidence, but probably not.
Bigopon said the same things when he got banned, and yet he was proven to have used it twice.

If u did use the program, just accept the punishment, make new chars and dont do it again.
Learn from the experience.

I really don't know what else to say.  Yeah, it sucks to have high level chars banned, but history with IGG tells me, they didnt just do it on a whim

I will say this again very plain and simple. I DON'T USE ANY 3RD PART PROGRAM. So my response to the reply of service center is they are telling me lie. And if they will   again investigate truthfully and honestly they will know that i don't use any 3rd part program.

You need to think and they need to think that what they say to me that i use "3rd part program" is FALSE and LIE.
What they are doing to me is MAKING UP STORIES.

I just hope that they will not do this to all players of AB and IGG. Telling lies, making up stories, and lying that they did investigate but not really.

Another point of discussion, if service center can lie to me, unfair to me and make up stories to me Who else can we look up? to do right things here in Aurora Blade Game?

dun quit aes im sure you didnt do anything bad im pretty sure a mistake has been made here people always make mistakes in these kinds of games give it a few days before you decide to actually quit

The weird thing is why 3 people got ban for hacking all in same week. The reason is the same for all three.

Today two of my characater got jailed.

Reason for Imprisonment: null

I'm sure that is not a good reason why would you jail two of my chars. I don't see a point of jailing just two of my character.

I don't know what's going on....

good day two of my chars were sent to prison..and i dont know the reason for that...i have been playing the game fairly and have not used any cheat programs and frankly i dont use them because it takes the challenge out of the game

i haven't been in AB for almost two weeks because i have been online for so many hours just because of this game and they ban characters without warnin it really is frustrating..please, please look into this..thanks!
