grrrrrr fail merge server

I've been playing for  a year of IGG games and now this is the first time i encounter IP rejected..........when this merge comes i cant log in...always says IP rejected.....grrrrrr....what did i do admin or gm pls reply asap.. /yct02 /yct02 /yct02 /yct02 /yct02 /yct02 /yct02 /yct02 /yct02 /yct02 /yct02 /yct02 /yct02 /yct02
