how do i get a pet and where?

Pets? If you mean mounts there is a free mount in the story line quest. Or you can save up an buy on in the main town of each side.

You can get a pet by killing a boss or becoming a summoner. The lowest level boss (as of what I know) that drops a pet (called Mothman) is the Frost Demon. I think the akako, cardinal, and the thing where the hotsprings are also drop pets.

oh yeah I'm a summoner I forgot about those. xD The pets are reasonable being a summoner is nice because you can control more about the summoned creature.

HMMM Well that is not me. My pet is named Bubba an he's super cute an I love him I never leave him an go afk cause he can die. I also do not do flag quests I am not a big fan of that quest

hey u get the lion cub from the pet whistle bag in the item mall if ur lucky enough for it to drop.. ive used about 15 of them and had it drop 3 times doesnt seem to have any other pet in those bags just a lion cub
