i bought 3 rune packs today in the shop around 4:00 PM (GMT-5). The coins were taken from my account but i have not received the rune packs and It is now almost 40 minutes later. I have logged out and back on twice since then. I am not experiencing any lag. Where are my rune packs? I want the rune packs or my coins returned to my account.

I have had no response to this problem which was posted 4 days ago. I still do not have the runes and i still do not have my game coins back.  i think i have been more than patient in waiting for a response. what are u doing about this?
