It occurs to me that all these forum events are kinda just posted whenever someone feels like posting one
Many of them are also " x prize for the person who replies correctly first"
Here is the problem as I see it
Many many people are not online on AB at the time most of these events are started.
It may be a work issue, schooling, location on the planet. Whatever the reason, It's unfair to those who are just not able to be online at the bigenning of a totally randomly started forum event.
My solution that I propose today?
Very simple
Post an event and say "this event will start on x day at x time, so be there for your chance to be the first"
and Try to make it at least a 24 hour warning that it will start and maybe do a little promoting in world chat in game asking others to pass along the notification when the event promotor isnt online.
