For the past few months, IGG has made it known to it's playerbase in Voyage Century Online that IGG doesn't care about all players, but only the ones that spend money. I would like anyone that is of a high-standing ability in IGG to take a good, long look at this, because if things do not get fixed, a large chunk of that 8,000,000 USD you make a year in this market will be down the toilet within then next year.

To fully understand our issue, you need to understand some of the game, which I will explain to a point where it is easy to understand:

There are many levels of gear you can equip on your character in this game, the last 2-3 sets of the highest levels of equipment you can go require INSANE ammounts of in-game materials. One of which is called Magnetic Ore. This Magnetic Ore is only supplied through one instance called Mausoleum. It takes 4 years to get into the highest level of equipment that is available without spending any Item Mall. There are a LARGE LARGE number of complaints regarding these issues and the recent patch (which was a failure in all honesty.) This patch made some crucial roadblocks in the gear making process so it will now take 4 years to make a set of this gear instead of soon.

Interesting read about the problems in VCO.  What makes it interesting is that this is just about the same issue and problems with Aurora Blade.  The game has bad log in problems and lag time that gets constantly worse.  But the real issues are two fold:

1) Gear required for level 60 players is almost impossible to refine and enchant as the failure rates are just about 99%, unless you use the mall, and even then the failure rates are still 70% or so.  Higher gear, level 75 or 80, is completely out of the question without spending $100's of dollars.
2) The PK system was revamped about 18 months ago, and ALL players agree that is is killing the game.  Innocent players can be killed and their gear, which they worked hard for, can drop and be picked up by the attacker.  Attackers can lurk in places where they cannot be killed.  There is no penalty for being an attacker, and now, many players have left the game to avoid the harrasment of these relentless attacks.

On most days, there are maybe 10-15 players on line, as opposed to a year ago, when there were two servers and so many players you could not read the chat screens since they scrolled so fast.  The PK rules changed, and most left.  Those that have stayed keep asking for a change, but we have not seen a GM log in to the game in months, and the pleas of the OM's go unanswered.

We feel like it is an orphan game, but if IGG would take just a little time to look at the game play, Aurora Blade would revive itself in no time.

If you can fix VCO, why not AB????
