i just wanna ask, why is it that i wasn't able to claim a free FULL SUIT 3 for my moonmaiden and swordsman? on their lvl 60?

Please note that in one account only one of the characters in that account (if you have many) can claim a full suit 3 set. You also need to have your account be registered in the ZU site page where you will choose which among your characters in that account will receive the suit set....
