Unable to acqire update list

Hi i have this bug i cant get the update list or so and i cant see anything at the game enter screen
When i click enter says please choose a realm X.X wasnt like this last time i loged in so if you can help me deal with this it would be much apreciated. Thanks

Please check the ZU folder and find this icon

If it still doesn't work, please submit some screenshots about your problem to us, and we'll check it for you.

It's usually a problem with your internet connection, check if your firewall is blocking Zu .
