The Criterion of the Activity GM
In order to give better service and to clear up some gray areas with players, we will like to release the Criterion of the Activity GM and hope you cooperate with us.
1. The GMs NEVER ask for private info including account info and password.
2. During events the GM is not allowed to answer any question which is not related to the event. If you have any game problem, such as the game BUG, stolen/hacked account ETC, please contact the Live Support Team.
3. If you have questions during an event, or if you want to lodge a complaint, you must include evidence such as dialogue and the screen-shots while lodging you complaint with the Team.
4 .For questions after the event, about the event, refer to the Event announcements posted on the site. As soon as the event complete, the Activity GM will sign off.
5. The Activity GMs are only allowed grant players the event rewards and they are banned from helping any player privately.
6. The system will delete any items that players send to the Activity GMs automatically.
7. Players who create trouble during the event such as verbally abusing the GM will receive a warning from the GM. If the player's infraction continues, the GM will take disciplinary actions to stop this behavior. They may be kicked out of the game or put into the jail.
